Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders with in 1-2 business days. Please let us know if you need your art materials to arrive by a specific date to avoid disappointment.

All orders are currently sent with Canada Post. Orders within Canada will receive tracking. None of the standard international services provide tracking information. Unless a tracked service is selected, we do not receive any tracking information so unfortunately we cannot provide any further insights.

Please check the delivery time of your chosen postage option as the pre-selected option may be the slowest.
